Working with the Public: First Time Volunteer Training

This session will focus on customer service and informal interpretation skill development. Our education staff will present a general overview of interpretive techniques to improve the way you communicate and interact as an ambassador of the Waquoit Bay Reserve. We will also cover a general overview of the Waquoit Bay Reserve and our mission.
This is a great refresher for returning volunteers, and a must for new volunteers.
