Meditation Walk

Description:

Get yourself ready to finish the day strong with a mid-day meditation. Some benefits of the Meditation Walk include increase oxygen to the brain, more blood flow the body and
improved mood! This walk will take you through the nature trail on site and give you a moment to experience nature in a way you have not before. The trail will cover some uneven
terrain and soft sand. The walk will end with a guided meditation. Suitable for ages 16+ years. Rain cancels. Meet at the Visitor Center.
