Join us at the Reserve’s Visitor Center for a talk about amateur astronomy which covers equipment, safety, what sky objects are visible, and astrophotography.
We will have a star party following the talk which will feature a laser pointer tour of the constellations, binocular viewing (please bring a pair if you own one), and small telescope viewing.
Please dress comfortably for the evening weather and use insect repellent.
