Project Description: This project will test a prototype monitoring platform that provides continuous real-time 2-way communications, data, and power for real-time monitoring of near surface and marine conditions. This system will be moored in Sage Lot Pond to monitor atmospheric and ocean conditions. Waquoit Bay provides a convenient and protected location for the testing and iteration of prototype marine technology which would not be possible without the assistance of the helpful staff at Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve.
